In 2011, the amount of timber harvested in Vietnam from national forests was 11 million m³. Capacity will reach 22 million cubic meters of raw wood material to supply domestic demand for wood in 2020.

Plantation investment policy of the company is to develop materials for the company’s factory is specialized in processing export wood chips, combining agricultural and forestry economic development according to the policy of the State.
By the end of 2012 the company has grown 1,000 ha of Acacia Hybrid (Melaleuca cotton yellow) in the province of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Ca Mau.
From 2013 to 2017 we will be planting 2,000 Ha of forests in the southern provinces of Binh Thuan and Ca Mau. We are also intersted in the North Central Provinces with growing conditions that Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces produce.
A 5-year cycle of normal development of timber production can reach an average of 120 – 125 tonnes / ha.
Silopcorp is interested in investment in joint venture afforestation projects. The company is willing to cooperate by creating a contract to buy standing trees from forest production and consumption especailly with Hybrid Acacia forest owners, hybrid timber companies.
